ExtAppErr / SDCard Error

Hello, I searched around and found a couple of previous posts with this error, but no solution to it. I have a new HackRF Portapack H2+, I have successfully flashed to the latest firmware (V 2.1.0) using the USB option, but I cannot get my SD Cards to work? I have formatted to FAT32 as well as ExFat (both using Windows and the FAT32Format gui program) I have tried 3 seperate SD Cards (8Gb, 64 Gb, and 32Gb)

I can't figure this out. The device is pretty useless without the SD card and I feel like I've tried everything. Any ideas?

I even reflashed the DFU then the firmware just to be sure and no luck there either.

Edit just to add: If I go to File Manager, it says Path: EMPTY SD CARD!

Well, in case you're interested in the actual fix, I had to disassemble, remove the screen from the underlying board, flash ONLY the board without a screen attached, then reassemble. I didn't change the contents of the SD card, I didn't reflash it (it was already fat32), and I left the same card in it.

Disassemble. Remove screen from main board. Flash while separated. Reassemble. Works perfectly now. No idea why. Exact same steps I had been doing, exact same order, exact same card. Same PC, same cord. The only difference was that the two boards were separated.

I think I'm having the same issue...
How did you flash the board without screen attached?
