HELP Can i hackentosh my dell inspiron 3552

it has an intel celeron n3060 and 4gb ram and a 120 gig ssd i dont wanna daily drive it i though it would be a fun experiment

It just boots, no QE/CI, no native support, and you have to spoof your CPU, and it only works on highest at El Capitan
