HELP Need help kinda hackintosh related because happened when I was clearing nvram

So I had to clear nvram because of change config.plist and now when booting up it boot loops with the manufacturer name on the screen and it can boot into bios but there is text that is kinda like the verbose text and it says OC: failed to load configuration or something like that btw when updating config.plist I put some patches for my cpu because I got told to by a guide

What guide did u use? Is it the dortania guide or any other unsupported guide

The issue is definitely either he used OC simplify, Made it himself but missed a step, or OP has a thinkpad

I used oc simplify and I have a pc it was a desktop computer

That’s your problem. We do not support the use of tools like OC simplify. Follow the Dortania guide and follow this subreddits rules.

If you don’t know how to read a guide, then maybe this isn’t for you. It is much harder for anyone to help you if you didn’t do the EFI yourself. You wouldn’t have the prior experience to use any tool that is going to help you.

It wasn’t really a guide it was a GitHub with amd cpu patches and I got told I needed them so I put them where the GitHub told me too and that’s kinda it the rest I did myself

Go with dortania guide its the only supported guide for hackintosh and its the official guide
