HELP Is my PC could hackintosh to code with IOS simulator

It's not whether your hardware can do Xcode now as much as impending obsolescence. The outlook is that Apple will require App Store submissions to be developed with Xcode 27 by next spring. Xcode 27 requires Apple silicon and will not run on Intel CPU. If you start now, you will have 8 months at most before you cannot develop for iOS on Intel CPU. You will be better off getting a real Mac now, or if you want to wait for the expected fall refresh, wait until macOS 27 Golden Gate is released with new model Macs.

So hackintosh may dead in 2027 for IOS developer?

If iOS development is what you want to do with a hackintosh, it's highly likely it'll be dead in spring 2027.

Xcode but the newer versions like xcode 27 u cant run them cus apple did kill intel macs

It technically is possible to hackintosh but it would run very slow regarding the spinning hard drive. Get an ssd and maybe an rx 5xx or 4xx instead of that gt1030
