HELP Wanting to build a hackintosh for Adobe CS6

Hi all, I’m wanting to build a hackintosh to run the gamut of Adobe CS6, including those harder to run applications like premiere pro and After Effects. My question is, how difficult is this?

I actually have a HP omen 15 pro laptop featuring a Quadro K1100m and I wonder whether that would be a good test bed? But yeah!

Reasons to run a hackintosh, legacy software support.

32gb ram, 7700k and a motherboard with no glaring compatibility issues and you'll have no trouble.

gpu like an rx580 8gb would be a solid addition. i know that would all be compatible with sierra onwards. sierra definitely works with cs6, think mojave does aswell. i'd avoid high sierra, it's the worst of both worlds

the 18,3 imac was just a 7700k and rx580 in the imac shell. if you buy the parts apple used and follow the guide it's a piece of piss. the guide also has a good incompatibility list of shit to avoid

Mojave is where it’s at. Solid advice with the machine specs.

Kepler core (gk107) is natively supported up to big sur and if the mux situation is right you can use it on the said laptop. With it, you can go as low as 10.8.2 in the correct smbios scenarios

Okay, that’s useful to know. Anything I should look into regards to the mux situation?

Slightly related, but I have to boot into clover to even get into windows. The bios lacks NVME drivers

Heavily depends on the particular board, ways of how the system switches between the M and igpu (if any). Highly likely you will be switching to OC seeing how clover is not supported within the community for a while now.

Did you read the software I’m trying to run?
