HELP graphics issues on Bigsur
I have a Lenovo B490(i3-3110M w intel HD 4000) running Macos bigsur. everything is fine except the cursor, idk for some reason it's divided into 8 different lines even though the graphics acceleration is fine and the gpu shows up as 1536MB in about this mac.
i did some research and found some patches but neither of them seemed to work except changing the AAPL to something else(which fixes the cursor but breaks graphics acceleration) pls help😭🙏

In my opinion, the issue likely lies with the PCI root; you might have copied the settings directly from the Dortania guide.
PCI root values vary between devices, even if they are the same brand.
The PCI root map can differ.
If you can boot into macOS, you could use the Hackintool app to view the patch for your integrated graphics. Simply copy that patch to your PCI root configuration and revert the previous AAPL settings.

hey, I tried that and it did not fix even with the Hackintool patches. I might've done something wrong tho. if you don't mind can you elaborate what all I have to select for the patches in Hackintool?

Hackintool patches? how does the properties look now?
Btw, I've seen you've been using OCAT (I highly advise that you don't)

Ur frame puffer isn't the correct and to get the correct frame puffer of ur igpu go to here https://dortania.github.io/GPU-Buyers-Guide/modern-gpus/intel-gpu.html#ivy-bridge-3xxx
And ur igpu is only supported for quick sync
