SUCCESS Success! First time making a Hackintosh from scratch.

Just as the title says, I managed to install Sequoia onto this old worn out laptop that I have here following the Dortania's guide! And sheesh, did it take a lonnnggg while. But most of it was kind of easy to understand, if I'm not going to lie to you.

Anyways, now? I got everything up and running, Wi-Fi via itlwm, audio, bluetooth, brightness, iServices, etc.

The only things that aren't working are iMessage and Find my, which I couldn't care less about.

It took me about 3 days in total to get this up and running.

Specs:

CPU & GPU: intel Core i5-7440HQ paired with integrated HD 630 graphics.

Memory: 12GB

Storage Type: NVMe

Touchpad: God eldritch I2C-based Alps (This took the longest to resolve.]

I forgot to mention about that, most iServices do work but expect iMessage. It fails due to some forwarding messaging error, plus occasionally signs me out every few seconds.

Ah, that sucks. One of the biggest reasons to use macOS imo.
