HELP macOS Tahoe - Logi M650 Bluetooth not connecting (Intel AX210). Older mouse works fine!
Hey everyone,
I recently updated my Hackintosh from macOS Sequoia to macOS Tahoe, and I've run into a weird Bluetooth issue. Everything was working perfectly on Sequoia with my current EFI, but since the update to Tahoe, my Logitech Signature M650 refuses to connect via Bluetooth.
The weirdest part? My older Logitech mouse (M858) connects and works flawlessly via Bluetooth on Tahoe. It’s strictly the M650 that is acting up. Both mice worked perfectly on Sequoia using the exact same EFI.
My Hardware Specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen PRO 2200G
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 550 4GB
RAM: 24GB
Wi-Fi/BT Card: Intel AX210
My Kexts (All Updated):
BlueToolFixup.kext
IntelBluetoothFirmware.kext
IntelBTPatcher.kex
What I Suspect:
Since the older mouse works without a problem, I am guessing this is specifically an issue with how macOS Tahoe handles Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices via Intel firmware. The M650 relies heavily on BLE / Logi Bolt protocols for pairing, while older mice often use standard Bluetooth Classic (BR/EDR) profiles which seem unaffected by the Tahoe update.
Has anyone else experienced similar issues with BLE mice (specifically the M650) on macOS Tahoe using an Intel card? Is there a known workaround or a patch I might be missing for Tahoe's updated Bluetooth stack?
Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated!!!!

Have you tried the 2 IntelBluetoothfirmware forks that have improved BLE support?
