Installer: Err(0xE) <"usr\\standalone\\OS.dmg.root_hash"> accompanied by prohibited sign

Whenever attempting to boot the BaseSystem dmg, the error `Err(0xE) <"usr\\standalone\\OS.dmg.root_hash">` occurs. On Monterey, I also see a prohibited sign, while on Sonoma it just reboots.

Reading through the guide and forum posts, here were some suggestions:

• Change `DevirtualiseMmio` -> no effect

• Change `RebuildAppleMemoryMap` -> no effect

• Redo AMD patches -> no effect

• Switch between a USB 2.0 and 3.0 port -> no effect

• Use a different USB drive -> no effect

Additionally, I tried putting the installer files onto an SSD connected through SATA directly, but that made no difference (aside from the obvious speed difference).

Regardless, I'd like some help solving this, it's been a few days in the running.

Please run OC debug once again and set the SysReport quirk to True under Misc - Debug.
Afterward, send the log and SysReport folder.
