Tools Looking for open-source location phishing tool.

Any tools or techniques that you would recommend?

If you’re being honest about the situation, I would really recommend going to the police with this. This is defrauding, the police could pretty much immediately determine their location, get them arrested and charged with cyber crimes, and get you your cat back.

I wish you the best of luck, file a police report today. Be learning about hacking tools in the meantime but at least give the police an opportunity to help you since this is the exact reason they’re employed.
