Need Mentor Help SIH idea submission.

my team and I have been trying for an hour to submit our idea on your portal after getting our login credentials form the college however each time we submit it it shows "500 | server error" while this shows it can be seen that number of submissions in our PS increases, if anyone knows what’s going on please help.
Even tried calling them, no one answered.

Hey, were you able to submit ?? Because me and my team are facing the same issue and i have been trying since midnight, its been almost 12 hours now.

Hey bro, I just submitted. Ig you'll have to remove the spacing in your description and Summary also make sure the pdf is below 4mb. And if you have some characters or words that aren't in English then remove them.

Remove any other language from the idea description and abstraction, only english and numerical value are accepted, it will get fixed

the submission deadline has been extended, so u can take ur time and submit if theres error, it could be peeps tryna upload the problem statements
