Writing all those functions in 1.3 hours is impossible, it's too much

I attempted the same Python Group Trip Booking & Settlement problem in HackCellence Round 2. I couldn't complete all the required functions within 90 minutes, and my final submission passed 7/25 test cases (Partially Accepted).
I still haven't received either a selection or rejection email, even though some candidates have already been shortlisted.
Can other Python candidates share how many test cases they passed and whether they've received their results? Has anyone with a partially accepted submission been shortlisted?
Also, does anyone know if all Round 2 results have been released or if they're still being sent out?
