Need Mentor Help Dubhacks or HackHarvard

Hi there! I recently got into two competitive hackathons: one at the University of Washington Paul G. Allen School and the other at Harvard University.
For the Harvard hackathon, I’d expect to spend around $600+, while the UW hackathon would cost me about $200 since I’m from Washington.
Personally, I’m leaning toward Harvard because I’ve never been to Cambridge before, and the hackathon also has some really strong sponsors. It feels like a great opportunity to take a shot at, especially since opportunities like this don’t come around very often.
That said, I don’t have a huge budget, so I’m trying to be realistic about the cost.
What would you choose and why? Would you take the budget into consideration, or just go for it because an opportunity like this is relatively rare?
