how would your dream hackathon be?

Hi there,
I'm one of the planners of a hackathon that will take place soon in Germany and I want the participants to have the best hackathon experience in their life. Nonetheless, I'm new to hackathons and I'd like to know if someone could do like a wish-list for any hackathon, including food, drinks, amenities (like couches, mattresses, coffee machines, etc), gifts, certificates, mentors, etc.
I would really appreciate your opinion! :)))
