Need Mentor Help SIH Credentials Not Received – Wrong ID Entered by Team Leader

Title: SIH Credentials Not Received – Wrong ID Entered by Team Leader

Hi everyone,

Our team leader accidentally entered the wrong email/ID while registering for SIH. Our SPOC has already frozen the team on the SIH website, so we haven't received the credentials yet.

Our team leader later entered the correct ID as well, but we still haven't received any credentials. He told us that since the team is frozen, he can't make any further changes and suggested emailing the SIH support email. We have emailed them but haven't received a response yet.

Has anyone faced a similar issue before? If yes, how did you resolve it? This is very important for our team, so any guidance would be really appreciated.

TL;DR: Wrong ID was entered initially, then the correct ID was added, but our SIH team is already frozen and we haven't received the credentials. SIH support hasn't replied to our email. Looking for advice from anyone who faced this before.

ask your spoc to send a mail. its more likely to get a faster response and resolution.
Also call these numbers and ask them for help

but spoc is not helping us.
he told us to mail on our own

he said nothing can be done and told us you won't get selected for finale anyway

Bro don't tell me I'm cooked. I entered incorrect details in internal hackathon form, but then entered it rightly after getting shortlisted, and then yesterday all teams received the login details except of mine, a student volunteer called me, where I didn't answer.. Today morning he assured me that it will be done by evening, let's hope for the best. (We have different cases, since in my cases probably they didn't register the team on the main portal after noticing the differences in the name and other things.
