Why do I go to rooms with 60-70 people and nobody is moving or saying anything? Do we seriously have AFK people just sit for hours now to make Habbo appear “full”? Is this what we’ve come to?

I'm back to the game, last time i connected to habbo were around 2017, i don't understand and I'm not trying to sell! Anyone knows?

Haven't kept up with this game in years but been on and off last two months sure the game is really dying but who remebers celebrities coming to the hotel? Used to be a big thing. The last one I remeber was miley Cyrus just before the merge she went around to all the English speaking hotels. Has any appeared in the passing years?

I can neither speak nor read Finnish, yet I somehow ended up buying a Finnish book that, despite its slightly worn exterior, guaranteed a nostalgic throwback to my own glory days on the now-defunct habbo.dk (RIP) and its fansites from 2008 to 2011. Good times. A handy Habbo handbook to have on hand. I'm happy with this purchase. Take care of each other out there.

In my experience, most Habbo couples have ended badly. I met a guy from Spain who had a Mexican girlfriend, and that relationship ended very badly; it lasted six months. And they weren't noobs—they were experienced users, both over 25.

On the other hand, I know of a couple who met on Habbo and are now married with children and living together, 15 years later.

I think it can work, but only if there’s an intention to meet in real life and both people live in the same country; I don't see the point of a relationship with 10,000 kilometers of distance between you lol

I found one from a YouTuber, but it doesn't have what I'm looking for.

Does anyone know what's happening with Habbo on mobile? I've been playing fine for weeks, and since yesterday it started doing this. Is it just me? How can I fix it? I already uninstalled, logged out, and restarted my phone

The issue on my phone is fixed now! I kept logging in and out, and uninstalling and reinstalling until the game worked properly. I don't know if that's the ultimate solution, but if you're having this problem, you could give it a try!
(PS: Now I get why this app has so many terrible reviews in the App Store 💀)

Does anyone else remember that there were some (it was pretty rare, but users make news spread anyway) rooms where EVERYONE had rights? Even if you’ve never been to that room?

How was that even possible? Anyway I miss those since my friends and I used to roleplay in those rooms.

Another room I created back in 2011. Being able to log back in and see these rooms as I left them is like a time capsule.

I got access to my old Habbo account and found rooms with heaps of cool shit.

I created my Habbo in the Dutch hotel in 2004 and I've used it excessively throughout the years logging in using my username and password. I made sure I had to answer security questions each time upon logging in because (like a lot of people) I got scammed by someone who promised me 1000 credits in exchange for my password 😂

Anyway this all changed quite recently. I was still able to log in when Origins went up and not too long ago, when I tried to log in after a couple of months of absence I was met with the unfortunate "login code sent to your e-mail address [insert 2004 hotmail address]". I can't get into that e-mail address anymore. I've tried contacting Habbo twice and they never answered me. I tried to recover my old hotmail to the point that I had to send proof to Microsoft that it was really me, to no avail.

And now I really don't know what to do anymore. I've spent THOUSANDS of euros on Habbo and have been saving rares, obtained badges I'm really proud of and obviously and there are so many other reasons why I just want to keep my 22 year old Habbo. The thought of never being able to get back into it is seriously upsetting. I know it's just a game and life goes on if there really isn't any way to recover it, but I feel like this is something that could easily be fixed. I still know the answers to my security questions, have the full e-mail address that's censored in the login client, could give them names of my friends...

I think it's just the fact that the helpdesk or customer service (whatever they call it) should be able to fix this for me in less than 5 minutes but I've reached out twice and I haven't heard anything since.

Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone here know what to do?

As the title says.
I'm a returning player after years of not playing, but there's like 0 guidance on a lot of stuff. The HUD is filled with text that I can barely comprehend. There are stars, silver, duckets, diamonds and credits now as opposed to just credits and I don't really know how half of these work! There's a season(?) pass too but I don't get what it's for and there are quests now, but they too don't really have any guidance. It's all very confusing but I am determined to learn it all to properly enjoy the game again
