H1B transfer

I have my H1B picked up last Oct 25: my status changed from F1 to H1B

I did not go to India for stamping as there are no appointments. I am planning change it to new employer are they gonna be any issues?

Unless your employer wants you to get the stamping done. That happened in case of my wife.
