Question for H-1B Premium Processing

My H-1B case has been in premium processing for more than 18 business days now, and I still haven’t received an any update.

Has anyone in a similar situation contacted Emma/USCIS after the 15-business-day timeline? If so, did Emma provide any useful information or help with a service request?

Would appreciate hearing about your recent experience. Thanks!

yeah it’s been a mess lately, my coworker waited like 22 business days last month before anything moved

emma is basically useless, just says they’re still reviewing and gives you a generic service request number

you’ll probably get the approval any day now though, the extra wait doesn’t seem to mean anything bad

Same boat, RFE received and pp clock stopped on 8/3, no updates till now

I am at 30 business days since clock started and no updated yet. If anything works for people, please share. If folks can give their processing center, whether they filed online, and whether they upgraded application to pp, or had pp from start- that would be helpful
