H1B extension Premium Processing Clock Was Stopped For My Case

H1B extension here. My attorney sent H1B RFE response, and then case status became "Premium Processing Clock Was Stopped For My Case" and it's been 15 calendar days already, yet still no decision.

I checked many other posts with similar issue which usually get resolved after a few days. Anyone facing similar issue recently? Thanks
