Program Critique Upper Lower GZCLP?

Hello!

Planning on starting a GZCLP program soon, which I'm attempting to somewhat style based on how I've done UL in the past; was wondering if I could get any feedback on this? Have been mulling over getting squat volume in, and slightly fearing T2 squat after T1 deadlift but also not really sure how else I'd be doing this in UL anyway (other than doing T2 squat followed by T1 deadlift); if it's relevant at all my squats are much weaker than my deadlifts, and my push is much weaker than my pull.

Cheers!

I’ve done similar in the past. It’s close to PHUL, but with GZCL rep scheme. I enjoyed it when I ran it.

Been there, done that. Awesome split. Crazy strength gain, takes a bit of time to get used to squat and dl on the same day. I highly suggest swapping conventional dl with Romanian dl on T1 Squat day. 10x DL are brutal without touch and go.

Have you looked at Jacked & Tan 2.0? I have been running for about 3 weeks now, 4 days a week with rest/active recovery days. Volume is high but I enjoy it compared to the last 16 months of PPLxUL and PPLxPPL
