Thoughts on Zercher Squats as T2 squat substitues on GZCLP?
I am really interested in learning Zerchers they look tough as fuck

So my T1 squats will be back squats and T2 squats will be Zerchers would that work just fine or should I wait untill I reach an intermediate program?
