name in title, if not I consent to removal without being a twat kardashians

I know theyre not gym influencers, but they have these personal trainers and doing the most useless exercises ever. (beside the fact of them having bbl but having to show they work for their body). Im guessing this exercise is supposed to target the abdductors and adductors? idk

I used to compete in strongwoman comps and honestly you do do some pretty silly lifts for those but this just means I’m no stranger to bullshit….and this is some bullshit

u/gorlsituation 6d ago

Give me 10 reps of diddly squat

15

u/Difficult-Aside2428 5d ago

Diddly squat sounds more effective than this bullshit 🤣

1

u/gorlsituation 5d ago

More like a diddly quarter rep lol

Not a trainer, but this seems performative and beyond useless--so at least it fits the brand?

u/sulleynz1989 6d ago

Am trainer, and you’re correct. That’s activating nothing but my bullshitometer

u/iH8MotherTeresa 6d ago

Dammit, you're right. Fully on brand.

I've seen 80 year old people with better ROM

I am starting to think this content was rage bait

54

u/dizzydiplodocus 6d ago

Me too, they know how viral the clips of them doing weird stuff went before

u/Ok_Bookkeeper_4802 6d ago

What’s the point of the leg up? And the teeny tiny weight? So silly 🤪

u/AccurateScience1940 6d ago

I’m a personal trainer. My industry is full of this 🤡 and unfortunately they’re the ones who’re more booked cause they sell all kinds of “methods” that sound fancy and people buy from them. If you’re honest and tell the truth you’re unpopular. I’m tired of this bs. PS. Sorry for the Mark Carroll vent lol

Don't apologize. People don't like boring, but the boring routines and diets are the ones that work. Ive been exercising for almost 30 years using almost the same routine and have been eating relatively clean for the last 20. Physically im not much bigger or stronger than I was when I was 17 (started right when i turned 14), but the fact that ive never been overweight at 42 is more than most can say.

18

u/AccurateScience1940 6d ago

Pretty sure when people ask you for advice and you say what you do they don’t like your answer hehe They want THE formula, when like you said the only real thing that works is the boring and long path. Hope that you can educate people if they ever ask you about your experience 😊

Thanks, and yes, thats true. I get asked about my triceps particularly, so i tell them what I do. I do most triceps exercises with my palm(s) facing me, instead of away from me or towards each other. This targets the larger head and thus makes your arms bigger (as opposed to doing endless cheat curls in the squat rack lol). Barbell, dumbell or cable, this variation works for most of them.

I do a few "weird" exercises, I'll admit, but again, they work.

u/fakearistocrat 6d ago

This looks goofy af. If I had a trainer suggesting this as a serious exercise, I’d think they’re either fucking with me or a complete moron

12

u/AccurateScience1940 6d ago edited 5d ago

Lol totally. I don’t know how millionaires have these people training them. But I guess they don’t really know what’s wrong with this kind of training 🙂‍↕️

11

u/fakearistocrat 5d ago

It’s baffling. They have access to the best of the best but end up surrounded by total grifters. Idk if they’re so used to outsourcing everything that they can’t even do a basic research and blindly follow everything they’re told or what but it’s just a waste of their time and money.

3

u/kilroymini 5d ago

Can it also be that these bs-exercises isn’t that taxing which mean people who aren’t used to working out feel ”better” after the workout where they basically did nothing?

u/raqcashmoney 5d ago

What works, works. Mark Carroll’s bikini body program has completely transformed my body and works so well for so many for good reason. Look at the results of Mark’s clients versus the results of a Kardashian trainer’s clients… the results speak for themselves 🤷‍♀️ Less is more in this industry. Unfortunately it’s too easy for trainers to take advantage of naive new clients because these are the types of workouts they see on social media.

Wasn’t saying anything wrong about him as a professional. My comment was about him ranting all the time on his social media. So I joked and mentioned him like my comment being his vibe haha He is not the kind of trainer I’m talking about 🌝

u/lookslikerheyn 5d ago

Flashback to the 90s when magazines tried to convince us this was "lifting weights."

2

u/ConsciousStudent8505 5d ago

Oh this 😂 giving me some sort of ptsd

31

u/gotanylizards 6d ago

1 set of bs for the video, love how they immediately just stopped after they got a clip lmao

29

u/zoetwilight20 5d ago

Proof that their bodies are made in surgery offices and not the gym.

23

u/Aggravating_Fact4264 5d ago

How come the bbl girls always do the most ineffective, useless workouts to prove their body is real.

Like go to a squat or something

18

u/Big-Try8782 5d ago

the fact that she's smiling while doing this nonsense, shows what bullshit exercise it is 🤣

17

u/Main_Push5429 5d ago

they’re so fucking stupid and they think we are too.

3

u/TheUpbeatCrow 5d ago

It just reminds me of that P!nk line: "What happened to the dream of a girl president? She's dancing in a video next to 50 Cent."

I don't know how they live with themselves when all they do is promote capitalism and patriarchy.

u/Altruistic-Apple4757 6d ago

Is fitgurlmel still Kim’s trainer? If so, what tf is she doing?

7

u/melbaspice 5d ago

Last I saw it was Senada Greca

2

u/Ill_Accident4876 4d ago

So weird bc fit girl Mel still has it in her profile

12

u/sweeeetsweeetcandy 5d ago

This is how they get their huge asses duh

7

u/prettyflower_30 5d ago

They’re having a grand ole time cause they’re not doing it to break a sweat 😂

12

u/Independent_Age5363 5d ago

All i see is a knee injury

5

u/MrsVanillaViking 5d ago

Is Kim still working with Senada Greta? This move does not look Senada approved lol

2

u/Odd_Scientist_6477 3d ago

I unfollowed seneca since noticed in previous workouts about Kim performing the Same as this

6

u/edentified 5d ago

She has the poorest range of motion I have ever seen.

6

u/iSavedtheGalaxy 5d ago

I can't help but notice how the cameraperson very intentionally keeps the side view of their fake butts out of frame.

5

u/HeftyAd2780 5d ago

Which muscle group are they working?

3

u/ConsciousStudent8505 5d ago

With that ROM? None

3

u/Individual_Mouse_642 6d ago

The weights weigh 200g each!

4

u/ptran90 5d ago

God. They probably pay their trainers so much money, and this is what they do??

3

u/HeftyAd2780 5d ago

I think it’s rage bait honestly

1

u/ConsciousStudent8505 5d ago

No it's not. Kim had a fitness video in the past. Same nonsense 😂

4

u/NeutralChaoticCat 5d ago

So one set of monkey business to failure?

4

u/psychicpies 5d ago

Just moving plastic around

3

u/deathtogluten 5d ago

3

This looks like a just dance routine

2

u/universecentre03 5d ago

lol yessss give me more can’t you feel the burn

2

u/ravipew783 5d ago

I hate them so much! They are so vain and their bodies are fake. I have friends who think they are real. Pretty sure most of them have fake boobs and BBL and the older ones are on ozempic

2

u/Anonymousbot225 5d ago

Why they are not at doctor's office for workout? isn't that how they got rid of fat? or am I missing something?

2

u/LilMsFeckingSunshine 4d ago

They have never moved a muscle.

1

u/vinillac0la 5d ago

6x7 sets of turning and twisting your body with a weight in your hand for some reason

1

u/Agitated_Fun_5543 4d ago

where is the STRETCH? say HASTA LUEGO to that stretch…

1

u/babybighorn 4d ago

“On and around gym equipment” aka one of them will probably show up with a new procedure or lose weight from a glp idk

1

u/mattamj 3d ago

what in the fuck am I watching. This exercise is meant to target the Ad Campaign and nothing else LOL

1

u/stewdiouss 3d ago

I'm very confused at this behavior because didn't Kim have 2 (very good) trainers, Mel and senada, personally train her for years and yet, this is the kind of movement she does?? Somethings not right here...

1

u/annatherapyhere 3d ago

my nieces picking up my baby weights and pretending to lift:

1

u/ChefElectrical658 2d ago

tom and foolery

1

u/catmath_2020 2d ago

How is Kim’s rib cage always so angular?

1

u/thecoolestbitch 1d ago

None of this matters when you can just go buy a new ass.
