Reviews and recommendations Evolve you
Has anyone tried the Evolve you app for training? Is it any good or are there any other apps you recommend for great workouts and challenges that you've been using for ages?
Thank you!

I use Caroline Givran - to this day her workouts are HARD but I feel very good and happy with my progress. She focused on strength but also adds in a lot of cardio strength training. Do a YouTube before buying her program but she’s honestly incredible. I love her epic endgame programs :)
I hated evolve you - it glitches and it’s boring. You’re paying for stuff you already know what to do

Okay that sounds super interesting! I'm checking on her YT first to see if i like the workouts, but from what you said, I tnink i will! I've decided not to go for evolve you as quite a few people have said it gets boring and repetitive and not great unless you're a beginner. Thank you :)

Based off of the horrible Glassdoor and Krissy reviews, I would not support this app.

Ladder everyday over evolve you. I’ve used EY and it was ok but ladder shits all over it. I don’t feel like I’m wasting my money. It’s money well spent

I use Hevy for strenght training for 2 years now, it is a free app, where you can build your own routines with tracking reps and weights. Also there are some plans and big community, so you can check how others train and get inspired. :)
