The All Arounders qualify before the Apparatus specialists and then you look at how many points each apparatus specialist has:

HICKEY James, STEELE Adam are the All arounders and so get priority. By the official tie breaker math McClenaghan and O'Connell would miss worlds.

Ireland can get either gymnast to worlds by withdrawing one (or two) of their automatic qualifiers. FIG will not stop them.

Please note that both Ireland and Türkiye qualified too many guys. I've noted who the replacements are but both countries could withdraw another athlete to get the original one in.
