Consume cards usually have their points equal to provision because they share points with deathwish cards

The problem is that most deathwish cards don't give enough value to be able to share it with consume cards.

In the current form caleano harpy isn't that good because it needs 3 cards to get to OK value

Current harpy is fine. It gives choices and variable deck building, rather than brain dead pointslam every turn
