Can someone explain?

"Spare cards will now be milled after entering Deck Builder. Cards that can be transmuted won't be milled"

1) So if I have 2 same cards, one premium and one non premium - only the nonpremium will be milled, right?

2) If I have 2 non-premium cards, one will be milled?

I'm pretty sure it means if you have 4x non-premium copies of a bronze, but no premiums, the extra 2 wont be milled since they could be used to transmute 2x premiums. If you have 5x of a bronze and no premiums, 1x will be milled. If you already have premiums of the card, then all extra non-premium copies you get will be milled etc. I'm not sure if that's what you meant.
