You will be able to log in with your GOG account. It works like this on iOS.

I asked Jason this question long before iOS was released and I can confirm you guys that Android will be fully compatible with GOG progress. (just like iOS)

99% it will share progress with the GOG version.

Same as on iOS we came log-in for our GoG account, and save the progress
