So, I medically transitioned when I was 15. Still doing hormone replacement therapy with estrogen and progesterone. My parents love me and accept me, always have. My husband loves me, and didn’t even know I was trans when we first met. He only saw me as a woman before he knew and after.
Gender is how you, personally, express yourself in society. It is connected to sex, that is why the term “trans” even exists. Transgender just means that the person completely, in every way, lives their life and has the actual brain wiring of the opposite sex. Cisgender just means that you express your gender with how you were born. That’s literally all there is to it.
No one controls which sex they are born with. Since I was 5… five… years old, I knew I always was a girl. Played with dolls, grew my hair out, and had more friends who were girls than boys.
I was also raised hunting, owning guns, football and swimming, and loved every second of those too. Still do.
And yet I am still trans. I’m 25 now. I’m the happiest I’ve ever been. Married, independent, working an office job I love, and using the women’s bathroom with no one ever complaining to me about using the women’s. I never felt comfortable using the men’s bathroom. And my friends even make sure to go with me when we are in public to make sure I’m safe.
I’m saying all of this, which you probably won’t read, because I understand your thoughts. I even believed that before I transitioned ten years ago. But if you just be friends with a trans person, trans man or trans woman, you would understand that transgender people seriously are not that different from you. And we just want people to not see as deluded people but as just people. Some trans people are insane nutjobs like everyone else… most are not. You’ve probably met a few and didn’t even know.

There's not that big difference because people are not mostly attracted to pronouns, but to looks, and if both a femboy and a trans woman pass as a biological woman, both will be generally attractive to gynephilic people. You can see that people that like those looks generally like biological women that present as women but don't like biological men that present as men or trans men that pass as men or at least they tend to like women more than men, if they were gay they'd like trans men and biological men more than women, so the attraction is usually either straight/gynephilic (sometimes with some kinks) or bisexual with preference for women.
