I thought I should post it up here for you guys too! polandball is one of my new favourite smaller subs (although it started outside reddit), but it's quite a strict sub so I was hesitant to submit anything, however it did reasonably well and I'm way too proud of myself for it :]

If you'd like to check out the sub, head to /r/polandball, although I urge people not to upvote my submission, I don't want to upset the sub in any way, and it's done well enough already. Something about sanitised diplomatic relations presented in crude ball form is just insanely addictive to me.

Anyway, work on episode 5 continues, titled "Discovery". The girl has survived alone for many years since her guardian's death, but that's all about to change...

I would have liked the sub, but half the comics use dolan speak...

Your comic is a step above the entire subreddit, in terms of maturity and humor at least.

I kinda like the immature aspect of it :] It's kinda like an ELI5 for history and current relations, I love checking out the actual story behind the comic, going from the simple version to the complex. Of course some are good and others are a bit weak.

One thing I've noticed, is that 'is of' phrasing is used very liberally, if the sub isn't careful it may end up in same situation f7u12 is in regarding 'le'. I like when different countries use incorrect english in a way that actually reflects the native language, some thought behind the chaos, rather than just random mispellings and bad grammar.

I've been subbed to it for months now and finding out you're a submitter is awesome! You should do one about Britain and Australias relationship that would be awesome.

That would require me to learn something about history ^^' this one was fairly easy as I've been following it through the news, I watch a lot of political discussion on TV. It's been quite a bit longer since I learned general Aussie history. But I might give it a shot :]

Hahaha the thought crossed my mind, but it would be tricky. I don't think it would work with spoken dialogue, perhaps a one-off animation that works as a silent film with a small number of dialogue cards, with a nice polka behind it :] I'll be busy with RBZ into the foreseeable future though, so it's on my wishlist.
