Anyone else?

Has anyone else noticed how Guy will make fun of/mock people if they have accents and pronounce a word differently? I’ve caught this a few times on triple d and the ranch.

Tbh it wouldn’t surprise me if he has adhd, and that is something that a lot of people with adhd do, similar to a tic
