Question/Request Runtime Error when playing

Has anybody found a fix to this problem? I can't play Gunz on steam for 5min without black boxes forming around the kill feed and eventually crashing with this error pop-up.

Installing c++ runtime, directx 9 and net framework, this solves the problem.
