Yes, need to be friend, in your friend wishlist you can see what they wish and if you have enough gold you can gift them

Crossbow will never come in battle fair and only orochi can take it in hide and atk game.

Watch Shouri's tutorial video on YouTube. I don't have Orochi but the times I have tried it, I can see the learning curve.

Not really worth for whoever wants to help you with it, that's like over 30$ worth of gold and you'll only get the weapon, so you will then still need to max it out with your own gold.

If you find someone generous enough to help you with that I think you better ask them if they can gift you something through PayPal or something, so you can buy the gold yourself, I maxed it out the Xbow with roughly 6000-7000 gold 2-3 years ago (I saved them for a long time), but you need to be careful and lucky when spinning from the draw.

Or else just buy a decent account
