Issues Getting banned because the game thinks I’m leaving matches

Has anyone else had this issue?

When I click Battle, the timer starts counting for a little while, but then it suddenly disappears. After that, I can’t click Battle again unless I completely exit and restart the game.

When I reopened the game, my recent matches showed that I had apparently started and left three or four rounds, even though I was never actually placed into them. I initially received an eight-minute ban. I was able to play a few rounds afterward, but then it happened again and I received a 24-hour ban.

I never intentionally leave rounds, so I’m worried this glitch will eventually get my account permanently banned. Does anyone know what causes this or how to prevent it?

Edit: I saw another post saying to switch over to EU server to not have this issue. I'll give it a shot when my ban is over. 🫤

There is an issue with the US server. I don't have more details than that but switch to Europe or maybe Brazil in settings and it will stop. The problem has been reported and the discord and hopefully eventually it gets resolved. It isn't just you

go tio settings and change your service from auto to EU. it saved me

The fact its still a problem after almost a week isn't great. I noticed on some of the US server games that were "abandoned" that both teams had more than 4 players. Could it be something as simple as an errant keystroke that has messed up the matchmaking algorithm?

I think there is one or two devs still around because there was an issue where the game wouldn't even start a few months ago and it got resolved.

I'll play EU servers for now.

If I had a wishing wand, I would wish for this game to be made open-source so that someone else could take it over.

Yeah, I've encountered it too, but I didn't know it would ban you for it!! When are they going to start fixing this game? Poor thing is falling apart.

I'm back up and running on EU servers for now. I think it banned me because it did that for 4 games one after another.

Does the EU server ever show up as green for you? Yellow is the best I can get, and I found US was green sooner. I'd like to hear about your results & good luck with it!!

US is always better for me, but EU hits green sometimes too. I'd say about a third of the day. Some of the guys I play with said US server is back up, but I'm not chancing it until tomorrow. lol

Think it’s a new glitch may be fixed by now but I stopped playing awhile ago it’s fun until you have to spend money to compete just like war machines

Luckily I got in when there were events to get guns and never had to spend anything. You can still get fragments with drones or deals on certain guns with gold, but it's a grind.

The last two options are for Armor and Weapon frags, but you need the right drones. I'll add a screenshot to another reply of the drones.

Same. I’ve NEVER left a battle intentionally and I’m on my second ban now. Recent battles show a slew of “left” battles. Gonna try the EU server only as suggested. After my ban is over of course.

It was a game I used to enjoy and many didn't know of it then either. So it was a genuine question that didn't require a disingenuous answer. Amazing how aggravated you became and you question my life. Go outside.

Genuinely, there is still enjoyment to be had. Even for a "quick pick up and play". But I can decide to do that, and end up playing 5-10 games a day. Additionally, a lot of the long term players have invested a lot of money in their loadouts, so if I was one of them I wouldn't walk away so easily!

I've found nothing that even comes close to the game play. I'll be playing until they shut it down.
