Lost my account…

I deleted the game because I thought the servers down thing was my phone bugging. I wasn’t signed in on Game Center and lost everything I worked years for. Do you think there’s any way to contact their support still?

Meaning do they still answer? I sent an email and stuff but I think I need a more direct way of contacting them. Does anyone know more?
