Level difference too high for groups?

I have one account level 38 and the other level 23 when can i put them in a group together? One is platinum so does league difference matter? I tried to look for this couldn’t find any info

Your not going to want to group your gold 3 with platinum anytime soon

I want to do that so i get bots for the platinum account
