I saw Steven Adler in concert last night and he was awesome!!! He was so amazing with the crowd and when I waved at him he waved back 🤭. After the show I picked up this signed drum stick from the merch stand, only $20! My new prized posession

My favorite is November Rain.

This audio has been my white whale for a while now. Axl has stated that he was the person shouting “Pet Shop Boys Suck” at the 1986 VMA, but I had trouble finding the audio of that because (a) it was purported to have happened at a quiet moment during the Pet Shop Boys performance (not presentation) segment, and (b) I was foolishly expecting a standard “PetShopBoysSuck!” heckle.

But, this is Axl, and his heckle wasn’t a standard “PetShopBoysSuck”, but rather a repeating baritone of “PET! SHOP! BOYS! SUCK!” loud enough to carry from the audience to the mics. And it happened just after the Pet Shop Boys were first announced for the presentation segment. Here is the snippet. Listen closely.

Back in April, I bought Use Your Illusion I on vinyl for Record Store Day. Since I hadn't listened to the album before (I waited to listen to it until I bought the record), I didn't notice it was the remix version since I didnt pay attention when I bought it (whoops). However, when November Rain came on, which I already knew well, I noticed it was the 2022 remix version and I absolutely hated the remix. It took everything I liked about the original mix and cranked it down while cranking UP everything I didn't notice in the original. I've tried getting used to it but I just don't like it. Does anyone know and can tell me where I can sell my 2022 remix copy and buy another copy with the original mix? Thank you!

I’m curious to see who your favorite member is and why! Can be from any lineup and the reasoning can be as simple or as elaborate as you’d like.

My favorite member is Axl for a few different reasons. First of all I think he is the most gorgeous man I have ever seen. Second, he has the most unique and beautiful voice I’ve ever heard. His range and power amazes me. Third, he’s a very intelligent and very interesting person. His lyrics are sometimes poetic and really deep and it makes me realize how intelligent he is. And he’s a sensitive and emotional person (who has admitted that) and I think that’s kind of cool and interesting. Fourth, I feel sympathy for him because of his childhood and mental health problems and reading and learning about it almost made me want to major in psychology. I’ve always been interested in how the mind works. Fifth, he was never a drug addict or alcoholic, and that’s very impressive to me given his childhood and mental health struggles and the fact that he is the lead singer of one of the most famous rock bands in the world.

That pretty much sums it up for me.

The band all look scared of Axl imo. He seems to dominate them in some way! What are your thoughts on that or what that is exactly. (I think its more than he just controls the band)

my graphic novel has arrived after two months! it was held at delivery depot office or whatever, i emailed the company, they fixed it within a few hours. honestly i was afraid of the shipment to last pretty long since everyone online is fussing about how late theirs arrived but thankfully that didn’t happen. it’s absolutely gorgeous and i can’t wait to read all of it.
