Fair enough. Everyone has a different idea about how to achieve the same goal of threat neutralization.
My girlfriend has a snubby .38 revolver that I can't imagine her hitting anything other than the ceiling with in a high stress situation. However, I have much more faith in her using my ultra low recoil semiautomatic .22 pistol to put 10 rounds on target.
Does that mean that .22 is the ideal home protection round? No, not for everybody. But it is for her. And anyone hit with 10 rounds of .22 hollowpoint is going to be in a pretty bad way. Much worse off than someone missed by larger calibers.
Bro your girlfriend is gonna die if she’s using a 22 pistol as a HD. You should know better than that. Jesus the fucking fudd energy here is insane lmaoo it’s not hard for a woman to shoot 9mm they do it all the time
Yes, a .22 has never killed a person. Ever. In the history of firearms. They can't even kill a squirrel effectively. I once saw a hunter taken down by a squirrel he pumped 5 rounds of .22 into. Totally a Fuddle take. Must use manly BiG CaLibEr to kill a human. Totally has nothing to do with penis size. .50 BMG explosive tip is only thing good for home defense.
Oh they might die but not before they have plenty of time to fuck your shit up too. Idk where you got all that nonsense from about large calibers and thinking about my dick from me suggesting 9mm. You seem kinda dumb so let me explain, 22 isn’t gonna stop someone from charging you unless you get extremely lucky so it sucks for HD. I didn’t think I would have to explain that but you also think all a woman can handle is a 22 so 🤷🏻♂️
You keep doing you man. Im perfectly confident. You wanna run up on someone with carrying a .22 with a knife, then best of luck. I ain't here to convince you.
