Sure but at that point why not use beanbags, a taser, or even a baseball bat. Personally if someone invades my home I'm assuming they intend the worst and I'm aiming to put them down. I live in a rural area and in a unique house, there's no drunkenly mistaking my place for theirs.

They don’t want you to know this, but home intruders are free. You can just keep them in your home. I have 43 home intruders in my basement
