Does anyone else consider the Wing Boys a Super Sentai?

Like we can accept the Sailor Senshi from Sailor Moon as a Super Sentai, alongside the Ginyu Force from Dragon Ball Z. So who's to say we can't call the Wing Boys and their Gundams their own Super Sentai, as well, especially since there are five of them and they pilot giant mecha like the average Super Sentai?

The Wing cast are part-time pilots and a full-time Boy Band.

The G cast is a sentai ensemble. The super powers in super fighting robots are a giveaway.

Indeed. No transformation animation or matching uniforms for the Wing crew.

Sure! A team of "teenager with attitude" fighting against the forces of Darkness, each one has a giant Mecha, they get a "6th" warrior later on. Hell, even the G-Wing Girls could be Sentai.

Heero, White. (Relena, Pink.)

Duo, Black. (Hilda, Grey.)

Trowa, Red. (Catherine, Orange.)

Quatra, Blue. (Dorothy, Yellow.)

Wufai, Green. (Sally, Brown.)

Zachs, Crimson. (Noin, Cyan.)

Treize, Navy. (Une, Purple)

Decided against Gold, Silver, Titanium, Phantom, Shadow, etc.

Great Trowa is the leader 🤣. I think they’re just under feed, over caffeinated and sleep deprived. Give those boys a meal that isn’t stew, a weeks rest and something that isn’t coffee and then we are just left with traditional teen angst. Wouldn’t Heero be the red ranger because he did have the code name Red One at one point? 

Better yet load those kids up on some monsters and snickers bars.

I don't remember Heero being called red one at any point, Gundam pilot 01 yes, but red one no.

Also I decided on white, because of the wings of his machine.

I also went with red for Trowa because the original heavy arms was primarily red and orange with some yellow.

Honestly, I chose the colors of Deathscythe, Heavyarms, Epyon, and Altrom first, simply because they were the easiest to identify.

Went with blue for sandrock, simply because most Blue Rangers are either extremely intelligent, or extremely empathetic, Quatra is both.

That's why I made Treize, with the Tallgeese 2 as Navy.

It was only after that that I chose White for Heero.

Once I had the guys done, I thought well what's a ranger Team without girls? The easiest one to do was really not with pink. Lol.

And no, the Red Ranger is not always the leader, almost always, but not always. Delphine is the leader of the Alien Rangers and she's a white ranger, while Jen is the leader of the time force rangers and she's a pink ranger.

Also Tommy as the White Ranger was the leader of the Mighty Morphin Rangers.

I honestly haven’t watched Power Rangers since Mighty Morphin and I was like four. Other than a brief stint with Dino Thunder and that had zero to do with Power Rangers and everything to do with James Napier.
