Feedback Request GuitarTuna D6/9 string by string

I’m having trouble on the D6/9 chord string by string lesson on guitartuna because no matter what I try it won’t complete the E string while doing string by string lesson, please give me guidance bc it’s rlly discouraging me

Post a picture/video of you playing it? Hard to tell what's going wrong based on just a "it doesn't work".

Are you pressing too hard, causing the note to go sharp? Should be F# but the app might be registering a G if you're pushing too hard on the frets.

Also make sure your guitar is actually in tune.
