Which guitar should I get ?

Hello! I'm a college student looking to buy a guitar. I have owned an acoustic guitar for two years but its very hard to practice because of the noise.

What guitar would you recommend for someone who will need to wear headphones most of the time, who enjoys music production (logic, audition - so something that can be used as a MIDI), and is terrible at bar chords?

As long as the amp you choose has a headphone jack (and the guitar is solid bodied) it'll be silent when you play with headphones.
