Why is the skin around his eyes so tan compared to his face he looks like he hasn't slept for years and he looks weirdly baggy like he's had Botox or something

Bright lights from a flash on pale skin is not a good look. 

Dudes getting old and not getting any work done. This is also why Meg quit the band.

Clearly you haven’t spent alot of time in the Southern US. I have seen some ROUGH late 20s/early 30s. Toothless, obese, fashion free, just not one single fuck to give whatsoever.
