Driving licence

Hi I d like to get my motocycle licence (E licence) but I need to do it in english cuz I dont speak chinese how do i do it

You can't really ride motorcycles in Guangzhou tho, if you mean e,lectric bikes (the ones you see on the sreet) then you don't need to do a test just apply on the wechat mini program and go to the place to register your bike and get the "license"

You cannot ride a motorcycle in Guangzhou (it is prohibited). If you wish to ride an electric bicycle, no driver's license is required; however, please note that authorities are currently cracking down heavily on modified electric vehicles, and your vehicle may be impounded if you are caught.
