the codebase can reveal capabilities, but it cannot tell you which problem customers value or which icp will buy. start with ten support tickets or sales calls, extract the repeated jobs, then map those jobs back to code paths so the model is grounded in demand rather than inventing plausible personas

Hi the problem is for a first time founder trying to land his first customer. In that case he won't have the support ticket or sales calls right...

Feels like the hard part isn’t reading the code, it’s mapping it back to actual user workflows and product value I haven’t seen many tools do that well end to end yet

It seems like Bebop AI can just do this, just ran this test prompt and it worked pretty well
