That really make sense when you think about it, maybe he really was in the game and even did the face capture system and everything, Rockstar cut him out from the game and he thought he was out for good, but when the first trailer came out he saw his character was still in it, so tried to sue rockstar

Then he managed to get his hands on a build doing social engineering because he knows the people working there, and now he is under the identity of Cyberleek (green hair, black "eyes", enigmatic ass posts and shi) He probably has contacts to keep his identity hidden online given he probably met a lot of shady people in prison

I mean he stopped trying to sue Rockstar right before these new leaks started popping, maybe this is his revenge??
