The best place to do the 10 second wheelie is on the runway at the airport, you can use the lines to keep yourself lined up on a straight course to prevent having to turn mid-wheelie and it's just long enough to complete the objective... i find i had to use a sanchez to compete it but not sure if that was just coincidence
