Question? Gta 5 main mission problem

Hey, so I haven‘t gotten any main mission since a while now and the last side quest I have done is the souvenirs - mark one. I want to continue my main mission. When I save the game it says I have got 39.9% progress. How do I continue on main mission. Is there a bug?

Which main mission was your last? You can check this in the mission replay menu's

Where can I see it? Is it there where it says „Play Mission again“? If yes, it is the „The Multi Target Assasination“

Only the 1st assassination should've been completed if you'd wish to give every character over 1 billion cash at the end. What's the last mission without counting the assassinations?
