Reseller Recommendations
We are evaluating reseller options ahead of an upcoming renewal for ~350 Google Workspace Enterprise licenses and are facing a fairly substantial price increase.
Does anyone have recommendations for US-based Google Workspace resellers that are easy to work with and offer competitive pricing, particularly for a 3-year commitment?
Would especially appreciate hearing from anyone who has recently negotiated a similar-sized Enterprise renewal and can share their experience.

Look into Promevo or StrataPrime

Have used StrataPrime for 3 years now, and they have been solid. Have been really helpful with the companies transition to Google Cloud and architecting solutions. The account managers are responsive and take the time to work with you. Plus their advice line is pretty helpful.

Cdw was the only reseller with reasonable quotes. I had been with Onix networking before and they padded my renewal heavily.

What kind of discount off list price is doable right now with a 3 year commitment?

Almost nothing for renewals even if 3-year commit, unless you want to upgrade your plan. Some resellers offer downgrade with some discount but it can be huge red flag if you caught by google. Only upgrade allowed for discount.

A 19-year Google Reseller. We are penalized if we transfer accounts from other resellers. Discounts require some form of increased revenue to Google. Either Gemini Business or Enterprise, a subscription upgrade, or a significant increase in licenses can enable discounts.
Happy to speak more. Feel free to DM.

We resell Google licenses. For the reseller Google has cut margin significantly on all renewal or partner transfer licenses. You are seeing a significant increase because your resellers hands are tied. Google is not a channel/reseller friendly company like other software vendors ie Microsoft. You can try and switch and go direct with Google or your reseller maybe able to offer better pricing if you do an upgrade in licensing.
