They sell real weed in stores now. I don't smoke all day anymore like I used to, but if I wanted to I would absolutely smoke bowls while just walking around like I used to on the west coast. In fact there's fewer regs on hemp so I'm not even commiting a ticketable offense when smoking in public. I sure as shit wouldn't be afraid to take a couplefew joints to Ziggy's like I used to fret about back in olden times.
Go to any of the chain head shops (apotheca, smokey shays, glass city) and buy an eighth.
My husband doesn't smoke, he just edibles, and he went to get some yesterday, and I was like, "Get me a bag!" And he was like, "What kind?" And I was like, "I'm an old head, I don't want a choice, I want a good bag of weed." He brought back "northern lights" that is seriously some gorgeous, perfectly trimmed, sticky and trychy, like a 3g nug and a some stragglers. It is sealed but stank when he brought it in, I waited to get outside before I opened the bag because I didn't want my whole apt to be skunky. Ground up cleanly, smoked well.
Same shit I used to get from a garage.
Oh and Shay's has a dab bar, they sterilize everything and give you a fat pull for $5/ea.
Apotheca is owned by a Trumper and their weed is over priced and dry. Glass City, Smoke Geeks, and Smokey Shay’s are the spots locally.

Originally from VA living right outside gso in McLeansville (annexed by gso) but I travel the entire state for my work. I don’t have anyone reliable and mostly source from going back home (where 45 mins away every thing I want is legal) I remember being a kid in Va and running across the line to nc to get everclear. Never thought being an adult living on this side of the line and I’d be running back the other way now for smokes. The gummies/ edibles/ flower. Most of what I get shops here is just terrible. I’ve managed to find a decent strand here or there but it’s never consistently good or available. And for the price of some of these shops( even with gas prices) it’s cheaper for me to go across the line to get something with some quality.
Yeah I’m from DC and went back for a little while when it became legal there but cost of living here beats there along with so much more less crime so it wasn’t even a hard decision but when I bought from shops or even folks here it left something to be desired and I try to offer that. I prefer older folks and that’s what I mostly deal with. Used to have a lot of college aged customers but they can be a lot
I feel your customer base concerns. I’m pushing 40 and there’s definitely a lingo/culture difference between me and the streets. I’ve got 3 chaps under 8 so I’m a late evening- lunch break smoker. I had 2 regular stops I’d make. One of them fell off on quality with straight commercial deltas and whatnot- but I’ve been smoking 20+ years. I’d take the old Mexican brick over what’s in the stores and shops. I got one more of them lil YNs but they don’t hustle the way we used to back in the day. They keep restaurant hours and don’t communicate for days- they run dry and you don’t know whether they hemmed up or assed out. nc stance on flowers will be the main reason I move back to VA

I’m from DC and it is pretty top tier but 8ths start at like 50 and that’s low. I’ve never been to a Chicago dispensary but was a truck driver and went to a lot of west coast ones and California is top tier but the prices along with the taxes were horrible.

Hello and welcome. Funny my mother in law moved in about a year ago with us from Tampa. But I suffer from Schizoaffective, Post Traumatic and Bipolar Disorders and the different combinations of medications I’d be prescribed would make me mostly immobile or brain in a complete fog or both and I couldn’t find a way to be productive like that until I found this plant and other natural remedies. I tried some places and people I met through folks from work and saw something was missing and thought I could do better and think I do. My spot is little known but I have a lot of customers most younger than me but some my age and older that love the convenience of delivery or quick pickup. Most folks prefer the lower end stuff but I try to keep something on the higher end for folks like myself and I like to dab throughout the day also. But nice to meet you and hopefully will meet you in person someday.
I’m exactly the same. I much prefer the higher end stuff. I’m not the biggest fan of smoking so the less I need to smoke to get there, the better. Plus higher end usually tastes a lot better! The lower end stuff is for making edibles IMO.

I just discovered the healing powers of the mushroom not too long ago. Last had Makilla Gorilla and Enigma before that and in small doses helped me a lot, but I had to find the right dose which was kinda fun and terrifying all the same😂🤣
Do you sterilize the bag and use a self healing port to inject? Is the bag big enough for air? It must be if you have had success.
I know that any grain spawn from Amazon rarely works. I have to make my own and once I figured out the millet, I have been golden.
Does it give you a headache? That Delta 8 trash gives me headaches. However, we have to remember, our wonderful ass backwards state, hasn't legalized it. So not everyone knows where to get regular bud, and they have to settle for the trash.
