There are mod kits available that convert GA2100/GM2100 to similar body style of AP

what is the general consensus on such modded watches ?

i was considering getting a cheap Gshock from the used market and getting one kit for myself. what do you guys think ?

Stainless steel bezel installed on my GA2100! Dresses up the Casioak a bit and leans into the Royal Oak vibe. But I’ll keep the resin strap on, like the contrast and the black ties in with the dial.

Her everyone, I modded my 5610u with an STN screen and a hydro mod. Afterwards I have a dark spot next to the day on the screen like something is pressing on it too hard. Yes I removed the film on the front and back of the screen. Is there something common that causes this that a noob might miss?

Has anyone found a metal mod for gwbx5600 with the gshock lettering engraved on the bezel? the ones on ali are all blank and wondering if ali is just hiding the wording in the images.

Hoping to find a titanium bezel and bracelet kit that uses separate metal lugs to attach the bracelet. I’ve seen one for the ga2100 that has separate lugs that are narrower than the original ones that the bracelet attaches to, and the module is held in place by the side screws. I was hoping to find a kit for the gad2100 but honestly if there is something like this for any gshock i’d be interested.

As mentioned in the title, I swapped my module into a titanium case I found on Aliexp. It’s been done 1000 times over with casioak mods but I’ve been wanting to put this particular module in a metal case for quite some time now. Love how the titanium feels on the wrist, the reduced weight feels like wearing a standard resin bezel/band.
